Here at PixelGeeks we hate making things more complicated then they need to be, so we made the shipping rules real simple

UK Shipping Rules:

• Shipping prices are - Standard Delivery £0.59 and Express Delivery £1.59
• Standard Delivery is Second Class Recorded and Express Delivery is First Class Recorded.
• Orders are sent the next working day when ordered before 6:00pm
• We do not take responsibility for delivery time although as of March 2009 93% of all first class deliveries arrive the next day
• Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, special care is taken to protect fragile objects UK only

Europe Shipping Rules:

• Shipping price is around €2,00 per order, we can not give the exact price as the currency exchange rates change daily.
• All packages are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and are sent as a gift
• Orders are sent the next working day when ordered before 6:00pm GMT
• We do not take responsibility for delivery time, orders usually take around 3 days to 1 week to arrive.
• Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Worldwide Shipping

We are slowing rolling out worldwide shipping, here is a list of countries we ship to:

• UK
• Spain

PixelGeeks does accept returns on items, you have 10 days after the purchase date to return the item to us, we made returning items super simple unlike other companies:

• The item must be in unused condition both item and boxing
• Shipping fee is none refundable
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of goods that have been altered in any way by the customer

Faulty items -   if you receive an item that doesn't work as it should then contact us with your order number via the contact form.

If we receive your item and no fault is found the item will be returned to you at your own cost, which we will need full payment of for postage cost before we send the item back, seriously don't waste our time!
